5. Steamed Egg

This type of egg-cooking is common in Asian countries. Personally, this is the best and delicious way of cooking eggs. The egg is at the right consistency like mustard and very silky. But, first prepare yourself a steamer pot. Also, prepare a skimmer spoon with small holes.
First, crack open an egg and whisk it smooth with also adding seasonings. Next, place it in a small bowl by also straining the egg with the skimmer spoon. This step is essential to make a perfect silky texture. Then, cover the bowl with aluminum foil to prevent any droplets falling into the egg. Next, prepare the steamer pot. Lastly, steam the egg on low heat for 10-14 minutes until the eggs are set. Enjoy!
